Invite SeaSmart to your Classroom or Organization

SeaSmart loves sharing the ocean with school and sports groups, clubs, scout troops, college groups and professional organizations.  We can custom curate specific programs geared toward a topic or goal of the group-either in local classrooms and meetings, or by coordinating hands-on programs in a variety of destinations.  We have relationships worldwide that we can partner with to tailor an unforgettable adventure for any age group or interest!

“I am the leader of a Northeastern US teenage Girl Scout Troop. SeaSmart Director Lisa McIntyre graciously donated her time to spend an evening with our young women.  We explored their interests in marine science — on recreational, higher education, service and perhaps even a future professional level. Lisa’s creative, informative and interactive presentation not only inspired our young women to get certified in open water scuba, but also covered everything from humanity's role in protecting marine life to more broadly advocating for climate health.  We can’t wait for an evening with Lisa and the sea next year.”

"Thank you for speaking to our BSA Troop 146!! It was chock-full of good information. The videos you shared about the results of ocean pollution were very impactful and started conversations by the Scouts on their Zoom chat. The statistics for shark finning and killing were shocking to say the least! I was very impressed with the amount of knowledge you passed on in a short time. I’m sure it left a lasting impression as well as opened more eyes and ears on how our Scout families can help."
